Due to a previous notification error, second notice is hereby given to property owners within 50 metres of the subject property indicated above. Property owners are required to provide all tenants, leaseholders, and occupants with a copy of this notice.

The District of Invermere is considering a Development Variance Permit application to:

  1. Vary Zoning Bylaw No.1145, 2002 Section 5.7 (3)(d) Principal buildings and structures siting requirements from:
  2. 4.5m front yard setback to 2.0 metres for the structure and 1.3 metres for the eaves.

DVP 25.04 is being proposed to allow for the construction of an attached front yard garage with a potential suite above at 817 4th Avenue.

Comments must be received by Friday March 6th at 12:00pm noon.

DVP 25.04 will be considered by Council at the March 10th regular, open council meeting held at the District of Invermere Municipal Office. Council Meetings are held at 7:00 pm MT.
