The Operations Department is responsible for the planning, construction of, and operation and maintenance of a wide variety of public works operations, including:

  • Roads
  • Sidewalks
  • Parks
  • Water
  • Sewer collection
  • Wastewater treatment
  • Solid waste collection
  • Equipment maintenance
  • Seasonal operations and snow removal
  • Parks and facilities
  • Cemeteries

This department also implements and administers capital works program and other related special projects.
