Notice is hereby given to property owners within 50 metres of the subject property indicated above. Property owners are required to provide all tenants, leaseholders, and occupants with a copy of this notice.
The District of Invermere is considering a Development Variance Permit application to:
- Vary Zoning Bylaw No.1145, 2002 Residential Zone R-3 Section 5.9 (3)(d) Principal buildings siting requirements as per Table 1:

Variance location for DVP 26.02 application.
Decision on the Development Variance permit will be made by the Director of Development Services, Council Delegated Authority. The DVP decision will be made at 10:00 am MT on April 24th, 2026 at the District of Invermere Municipal Office, 914 8th Avenue, Invermere, B.C.
