Pay your taxes in person
In Person- You can pay taxes and utilities by cash, cheque (made payable to “District of lnvermere”) or debit card at the District Office located at 914 8th Avenue. Cheques can also be put through the mail slot by front door. Please do not put cash through the mail slot.
Pay your taxes by mail
By Mail – You can pay taxes and utilities by cheque (made payable to “District of lnvermere”) mailed to PO Box 339, lnvermere, BC, VOA lK0. You can pay your taxes with a cheque post dated to the tax or utility due date. Post marks on envelopes are not acceptable so please allow time for delivery.
Pay your taxes through your bank or credit union
Paying your taxes through your bank’s online or telephone services is the fastest way to pay and get an instant confirmation receipt. While paying your bill online is instantaneous with your financial institution, it can take up to 3 days to process your payment. Make sure you give yourself enough time for the payment to be processed to avoid penalties.
Please find your 11-Digit Roll number on your property tax notice.
To add Invermere Taxes to your list of payees, search “Invermere.” Two accounts will show up, one for taxes and one for utilities – please select the payee for Taxes.
Enter the total amount owed, and your roll number before you submit. Please allow 3 working days for processing.

Pay your taxes by credit card

Credit card payments are not accepted directly by the District of Invermere – however, property taxes may be paid by credit card through our secure third-party payment provider, PaySimply.
Visit PaySimply, to pay property taxes using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).
Enter your 11-digit roll number in PaySimply’s Account Number field.
