All dogs over the age of four months residing in the District of Invermere require an annual dog license, from January 1st to December 31st.

Licensing allows Animal Control Services to contact you as soon as possible if your animal has been impounded or if the animal has been injured as a result of traffic or as a result of other causes.

If you live within the District of Invermere and own a dog, please drop by the municipal office at your earliest convenience to pay for your dog license and pick up a dog tag. No application form is required.

Female Dog – not spayed $35.00
Female Dog – spayed $15.00
Male Dog – not neutered $35.00
Male Dog – neutered $15.00
License transfer to new owner: $4.00
License transfer to new dog: $4.00
Replacement of lost license: $4.00
