The District of Invermere is updating the Subdivision and Servicing (SDS) Bylaw to align with the Master Municipal Construction Documents (MMCD), incorporate climate considerations, and reflect current legislation. This update aims to provide clearer guidance on the roles and responsibilities of both developers and the municipality and ensure consistency with standardized construction specifications across British Columbia.
Public Information Meetings
We invite you to participate in one of the upcoming public information meetings to learn more about the proposed changes to the SDS Bylaw. These meetings will include a presentation of the draft Bylaw, followed by a question-and-answer session.
