 Notice is hereby given to property owners within 50 metres of the subject property indicated above. Property owners are required to provide all tenants, leaseholders, and occupants with a copy of this notice. 

The District of Invermere is considering a Development Variance Permit application by Nicholas Jeffery to: 

  • Vary Zoning Bylaw No.1145, 2002 Section 5.15 (3)(c) Accessory Buildings and Structures siting requirements from: 
    • 6.0m rear yard requirement to 1.59m 
    • 1.5m internal side yard requirement, Eastern parcel side, to 1.10m. 

DVP 23.01 is being proposed in order to legalize the position of an existing shed and garage structure which are currently situated in non conformance under the Zoning Bylaw No.1145, 2002 requirements for rear and side yard set back requirements.
