Notice is hereby given to property owners within 50 metres of the subject property indicated above.   Property owners are required to provide all tenants, leaseholders, and occupants with a copy of this notice.

The District of Invermere is considering a Development Variance Permit application by Edward and Karen Glaser to:

  1. To vary Section 5.13(3)(c) of Zoning Bylaw 1145, 2002, RR-1 Rural Residential Zone, reducing the rear yard set back from 4.5 meters (14 feet, 9 inches) to 1.0 meter (3 feet, 3 inches) and to vary Section 5.13(3)(c) of Zoning Bylaw 1145, 2002, reducing the western Internal side yard setback from 4.5 meters (14 feet, 9 inches) to 3.5 meters (11 feet, 5 inches) as summarized in Table 1 and illustrated in Schedule A – DVP 21.02 Siting plan.
