Notice is hereby given to property owners within 50 metres of the subject property indicated above. Property owners are required to provide all tenants, leaseholders, and occupants with a copy of this notice.
The District of Invermere is considering a Development Variance Permit application by Oliver Trpcic and Tanya Childs to:
- Vary Section 5.9(3)(d) of Zoning Bylaw 1145, 2002, minimum Principle structure setbacks within the R-3 Cluster Development Zone, to the R-1 Single Family Residential Principle structure minimum setbacks, Section 5.3(3)(d) of Zoning Bylaw 1145, 2002 as summarized in Table 1:
