On November 3, 2020, an open house was held for the Athalmer Neighbourhood Plan. The event was open to the public and took place at the project site. Attendees were invited to review information display boards, speak with project representatives and subject matter experts, complete a self-guided site tour, and provide input in-person and through our online survey (more information about the survey is outlined below).
The purpose of the open house was to:

  • Introduce the project team
  • Share the updated Neighbourhood Plan concept
  • Listen to and collect feedback
  • Respond to questions, comments, and ideas

Input will be considered along with other aspects such as the recommendations from our technical studies and The District of Invermere comments.

Join the conversation and complete the online survey. It is open for two weeks (November 3 – 17, 2020). You are encouraged to review the display boards (linked above) prior to completing the survey to best ensure project understanding. Findings from the survey will be summarized into a report and shared publicly.
