You may have noticed scarecrows have been popping up all over town…this is for the Great Scarecrow Competition and Tour in the District of Invermere and YOU get to determine the winner! Be sure to click ” Going” to the Great Scarecrow Competition and Tour Facebook event for all updates and share it with your friends!

  1. Starting on October 9th go out in the District of Invermere and view ALL of the scarecrows around town using the scarecrow map to see their locations.
  2. Voting week October 9th-16th. All scarecrows have a voting number. Vote in the Great Scarecrow Competition and Tour Facebook page by commenting under the picture of the scarecrow that you choose to vote for. For those that are not on Facebook, a ballot box is set up at the lower level of the Columbia Valley Centre. Printed maps are also available at this location.
  3. Scarecrow Tour runs from October 9th-20th.
  4. On October 20th the winner will be announced!
