NOTICE OF INTENT Development Variance Permit 26.03 Lot 4, District Lot 7882, Kootenay District, Plan NEP86643 PID 027-527-042 (Subject Property)
Notice is hereby given to property owners within 50 metres of the subject property indicated above. Property owners are required to provide all tenants, leaseholders, and occupants with a copy of this notice.
The District of Invermere is considering a Development Variance Permit application to:
1. Vary Section 5.9(3)(b) of District of Invermere Zoning Bylaw No. 1145, 2002, which establishes minimum lot frontage within the R-3A Cluster Development Zone, as summarized in Table 1 below.

Variance location for DVP 26.03 application:
Decision on the Development Variance Permit will be made by the Director of Development Services, Council Delegated Authority. The DVP decision will be made at 10:00 am MT on Thursday, June 11th, 2026, at the District of Invermere Municipal Office, 914 8th Avenue, Invermere, B.C.
