The District of Invermere is considering a Development Variance Permit application by William Derek Aylesworth, Suzanne Peever and Mark Cameron to:
- Vary Zoning Bylaw No.1145, 2002 Section 5.3 (3)(d) Principal buildings and structures siting requirements from:
- 6.0m rear yard setback to 1.6m
DVP 24.06 is being proposed to optimize the potential buildable area for a replacement Principal dwelling on an irregularly shaped parcel.
