Notice of Sewer Line Cleaning: September 11-15, 2023
District of Invermere staff will be cleaning municipal
sewer lines in September 2023. This program is necessary to maintain the good operating condition of Invermere’s sewer systems. Work will be occurring in the following areas:
- 15th Avenue south of 14th Street
- Canterbury Way and Canterbury Clos
During this time period it is recommended that residents in these areas:
- ensure toilet lids are down and covered with a towel
- cover floor drains
After sewer line cleaning work in your area is completed, please flush drains and fill them with clean water.
