Leisure Services Department

The Leisure Services Department provides healthy lifestyles for the community by providing leisure & cultural opportunities year-round, through the development of facilities and park spaces.

The Manager of Leisure Services is responsible for overseeing, planning, coordinating and delivering programs and annual events to residents & visitors in the District of Invermere.

Under their supervision, staff deliver & oversee rentals for all community events, programming and operations at the Columbia Valley Centre (CVC), CPR Lodge and other municipal owned leisure facilities & throughout the District’s beautiful parks.

The Leisure Services Department coordinates with other departments to ensure efficient and effective delivery of leisure services and events.

The Leisure Services Office is located at the lower level of the Columbia Valley Centre, Located at 646-4th St in Invermere. Regular businesses hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
